Senior Creative Designer

We are looking for a creative and versatile Senior Creative Designer to join our team and elevate our global visual identity to the next level. You are an expert on translating  ideas into powerful and engaging designs - ranging from social media layouts and brand campaigns to packaging and presentations. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and is proficient in working with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Experience in the creative or beauty/lifestyle industry is a plus, but we welcome all talent with a strong portfolio and fresh ideas. A key goal of this role is to visually represent and strengthen our brand worldwide. You will work closely with the Global Marketing Team and contribute your creativity to campaigns, content, and brand activations that make an impact.

MISSION

• Develop and execute visual concepts for various channels (online and offline)

• Create, optimize, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

• Design and collaborate on campaign creation, product launches and international marketing projects

YOU

• Proven experience (or a strong portfolio) in graphic design/visual design

• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite

• Experience with animation, video or photography is a great bonus

• A creative mind with a strong sense of trends, style and storytelling

• Skilled in planning, organizing and collaborating within an international team

• Fluent in English, spoken and written

• A relevant creative degree at a bachelor’s or master’s level
