Internship Sustainability

As a family-owned, B Corp-certified hair cosmetics company, our impact stretches worldwide from our headquarters in Soest. Guided by our “Keune Cares” strategy, we focus on People, Production, Product, and Processes to drive real change. You will be joining a dynamic brand with nearly a century of heritage and a passion for science—creating, producing, and distributing.

MISSION

• How to bring a sustainability roadmap to life by coordinating timelines, milestones, and tasks across different departments.

• Ways to develop and track ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) KPIs—like carbon, waste, water, diversity, and ethical sourcing—that inform real decisions.

• Practical experience with ESG data management: collecting, organizing, and validating data for dashboards and external reports.

• What it takes to get ready for B Corp (Version 7) recertification (mid 2026), from documentation to tracking progress.

YOU

• You are studying for a Master’s in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.

• You are organized, proactive, and can juggle multiple timelines, projects, and stakeholders.

• You are comfortable working with data (Excel/Power BI) and enjoy turning numbers into insights.
