About the Role

Are you passionate about digital learning and customer experience? Do you naturally connect strategy, design, and development into meaningful learning journeys? This is your opportunity to shape how stylists around the world experience Keune.

As a Global E-learning Manager, you play a key role in the growth and evolution of our online Academy. You work closely with our Digital Product Owner and Digital Customer Service team and act as the commercial point of contact for our international markets. You ensure our internal teams clearly understand what digital education solutions are needed to serve our customers effectively.

You stay closely connected with our Keune countries, supporting customer experience, driving engagement, and ensuring accounts remain active and successful.

Your Mission

You will:

·         Continuously improve the customer journeys of our subsidiaries and the learning experiences of salon users worldwide.

·         Align the Academy strategy with Keune’s global education vision in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

·         Act as a connector within the organization, ensuring strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

·         Onboard and guide new countries, ensuring a smooth and successful launch of our digital platform.

·         Coordinate translations and the rollout of new languages based on market needs.

·         Implement new content within the LMS and manage system settings across all languages, including translations, notifications, and labels.

·         Gather user feedback and translate insights into concrete improvements and development projects.

·         Take ownership of customer success management, driving engagement and long-term value creation.

Vereisten

About You

You bring:

·         Proven experience in online education or as a Digital Project Manager.

·         A strong passion for learning, user experience, and digital innovation.

·         The ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and actionable plans.

·         A structured way of working and strong communication skills, with experience managing external partners.

·         The ability to work independently while collaborating easily across teams and disciplines.

·         Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.

You are:

·         Full-time availability (5 days per week).

·         Availability to start as soon as possible.

·         Willingness to relocate if you currently live outside the Netherlands.
