About the Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking Global Customer & Capability Educator to help shape the future of education at Keune. In this role, you’ll combine deep craft knowledge with the ability to build scalable education programs that support our business partners, subsidiaries, and Keune salon worldwide. You will serve as both an expert educator and a strategic thinker, ensuring that our global certification journey, Train-the-Trainer programs, and market education launches are delivered with excellence and with impact.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver and develop the Keune Onboarding & Level Certification program (Levels 1–5), equipping educators to grow through each stage of their journey.
· Lead Train-the-Trainer programs, mentoring international educators to confidently train forward this information locally.
· Support global product launches by creating tailor-made education programs for business partners, subsidiaries, and customers.
· Partner closely with markets to ensure education is aligned to sales and brand strategy, driving growth and loyalty.
· Co-create content and capability tools, both digital (e-learning, virtual sessions) and offline (academy seminars, masterclasses).
· Act as a bridge between Keune Global Education and local education teams, ensuring 'One Voice. Worldwide.'
· Track, measure, and report the ROI of education, from certification results to market growth impact.
Your Profile
· Proven experience as an educator or trainer in the professional hair industry.
· A passion for both craft and capability; you can teach color, care, styling, and business with equal enthusiasm.
· Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both online and on stage.
· Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple global projects at once.
· Culturally adaptable and willing to travel internationally.
· Fluent in English (additional languages a strong plus).

Location & Relocation
This role is based at the Keune Global HQ in Soest, the Netherlands. We welcome international candidates, but relocation to the Netherlands is required. Support will be provided.
