Social Media Manager (interim)

We are looking for an Interim Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our social media presence during a temporary coverage period, with the possibility to continue within the company.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with premium beauty brands within one of the longest-standing family-owned companies in the industry, alongside a young, dynamic team with a great working atmosphere.

MISSION

• Define and execute the social media strategy

• Develop content plans and KPI frameworks

• Ensure visual brand consistency across all social channels

• Monitor trends and platform updates

• Manage and grow our channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)

• Analyze performance and optimize campaigns

• Prepare performance reports and insights

• Manage the social media budget

• Work closely with PR, Activations, and Brand teams

YOU

• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager

• Background in premium beauty or fashion brands

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with creative ideas and a strong focus on emerging trends

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach

• Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented
