Product & Project Management Intern

We are looking for a motivated and organized Intern to join our Product & Project Management team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in how projects are planned, managed and executed, while learning about the development and launch of products. You will work closely with product and project managers, and other stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives.

MISSION

• Support the creation and maintenance of product and project documentation, such as timelines, overviews and managing data in internal system.

• Assist product & project managers with market research, trends scouting and innovation sessions for portfolio understanding.

• Help coordinate project activities, being responsible for shipments, sampling and sourcing of products/samples/raw materials.

• Support customers in production visits, salon tests and content creation.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates for internal stakeholders

• Perform general administrative support for the Product/Project teams as needed

YOU

• You are following a relevant education at HBO/WO level in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.

• Are proficient in English and confident to work in a multi-cultural environment

• Have a good command of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and are eager to work with Product Lifecycle Management tools.

• You show initiative and flexibility to last minute requests and changes;

• You respect deadlines and enjoy collaborating with a team.

• You have a strong affinity with the Beauty industry or innovation-led companies, with an interest in project management and product development.

• Are available for minimum 5 months from Sept 2026, for a minimum of 32h/week, working at least 3 days a week in our office in Soest.
