Hair Color Formulation Research internship (6 - 9 months)

Our Global Innovation & Research team is looking for a proactive and hands-on intern to for the development and optimization of hair color formulations. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in understanding how different parameters impact hair color performance and to directly contribute to product formulation.

Key responsibilities

• Work on the development and optimization of hair color formulations, focusing on various performance characteristics, such as, color tone, gloss, conditioning, and hair damage.

• Conduct hands-on formulation work to evaluate how different parameters influence the quality and performance of hair color products.

• Measure and assess the impact of formulations on hair properties through instrumental and practical testing.

• Analyze and report results

YOU

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.

• Strong interest in hands-on formulation work and product development in the cosmetic industry.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

• Available to start in June/September.

• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.
