GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

'Premium Haircare since 1922.' As the Global Account Manager for Keune Haircosmetics, the leading supplier of high-quality hair cosmetics, you are the driving force behind capitalizing on commercial opportunities. You will be responsible for further growing our diverse country portfolio across the world while also representing their voice here at Keune HQ. Using your analytical skills, your ability to negotiate and your love for all things commercial, you will help to further grow the business. MISSION

• Develop commercial strategies to grow a large portfolio of distribution partners

• Negotiate with customers and suppliers

• Be the first point of contact, with high customer satisfaction and loyalty being essential

• Develop, manage and execute an account plan

• Advise distributors on brand experience, offerings, launches, strategies, and more

• Report on and monitor commercial agreements made and make necessary adjustments

• Able to represent Global Export internally, making sure that important requirements for Export countries are all respected and taken into the design and execution of internal projects

YOU

• You have at least  3-5 years of experience in a highly commercial environment;

• You have a proven track record in (Key) Account Management;

• Experience in the (hair)cosmetics industry is a plus, but not essential;

• You are a commercial natural, with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills;

• You have a perfect command of the English language, both written and spoken.
