Keune Beauty Solutions (KBS) is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and build strong, long-term partnerships within the global beauty industry. This is a high-impact role offering real growth and development opportunities in an international, high-performing environment.

MISSION

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of new clients within the beauty sector

  • Develop and maintain new business relationships, with a primary focus on:

    • Independent beauty brands

    • High-end / premium beauty brands

  • Identify new commercial opportunities and actively support international expansion

  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to clients, from onboarding to long-term growth

  • Travel approximately 20–30% to meet clients, attend industry events, and drive business development initiatives

You are a commercially driven professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You are:

  • A natural team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills

  • Able to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a clear overview

  • Decisive, flexible, and solution-oriented, with a hands-on mindset

  • Highly responsible, with a strong drive to get things done

  • Professional and representative in your communication and external presence

  • Currently based in Europe

In addition, you bring:

  • 2–4 years of commercial experience in an international environment, preferably within FMCG

  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and flexibility beyond a traditional 9–5 schedule

  • A strong interest in global expansion and new business development

  • Professional proficiency in English

  • Knowledge of the beauty or fashion industry (strong advantage)

  • An existing network or contacts within the beauty space (preferred)
